I was thrilled and honored to serve as a judge for the Ribeye Steak category at the Texas High School BBQ Competition. It was such a treat to watch teams from across the state showcase their incredible talent. This is exactly the kind of team I would have loved to be part of—where real-life skills, problem-solving, and teamwork are encouraged and supported by family and community. It gives me so much confidence in the next generation to grow into extraordinary adults.
