Mosaic Seahawks Jello

These were fun to make for the 2026 Seahawks Super Bowl victory over New England!  I like the milk mixture and jello combination of creaminess to the refreshing jello bite.  Thinking of making this with the Hawaii version of 7 layer jello :-)

Ingredients

  • 3 each 3 oz blueberry jello
  • 3 each 3 oz green jello
  • 6 packs unflavored gelatin
  • 3 C whole milk
  • cinnamon stick
  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 2 C half and half
  • 1 1/2 t Mexican vanilla

Directions

  1. Spray and wipe the pans for the green and blue jello
  2. Add 3 C boiling water into small bowl of green jello, stir until dissolved and pour into prepared pan, refrigerate
  3. Repeat for blue jello
  4. After a few hours both pans of jello should be set
  5. Add 1 C water to medium pot
  6. Add the unflavored gelatin to bloom about 5 minutes
  7. Set the pot to medium low heat, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved
  8. Add milk, heat until just under a simmer
  9. Add cinnamon stick and extra pinch of cinnamon since it's healthy, right
  10. Remove from heat to rest about 30 minutes
  11. Remove cinnamon stick
  12. Add condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla mix well
  13. Cut the colored jello into 1" square pieces
  14. Place in 9 x 13 pan
  15. Pour the cooled milk mixture over the jello cubes
  16. Refrigerate overnight and cute into square bites
