Mosaic Seahawks Jello

These were fun to make for the 2026 Seahawks Super Bowl victory over New England!  I like the milk mixture and jello combination of creaminess to the refreshing jello bite.  Thinking of making this with the Hawaii version of 7 layer jello :-)

Ingredients

  • 3 box each 3 oz blueberry jello
  • 3 box each 3 oz green jello
  • 6 packs unflavored gelatin
  • 3 C whole milk
  • cinnamon stick
  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 2 C half and half
  • 1 1/2 t Mexican vanilla

Directions

  1. Spray with cooking oil and wipe the pans for each color of the green and blue jello
  2. Add 3 C boiling water into small bowl of green jello, stir until dissolved and pour into prepared pan, refrigerate
  3. Repeat for blue jello

After a few hours both pans of jello should be set

  1. Milk Mixture
    1. Add 1 C water to medium pot
    2. Add the unflavored gelatin to bloom about 5 minutes
    3. Set the pot to medium low heat, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved
    4. Add milk, heat until just under a simmer
    5. Add cinnamon stick and extra pinch of cinnamon since it's healthy, right
    6. Remove from heat to rest about 30 minutes
    7. Remove cinnamon stick
    8. Add condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla mix well
  2. Cut the colored jello into 1" square pieces
  3. Place in 9 x 13 pan
  4. Pour the cooled milk mixture over the jello cubes
  5. Refrigerate overnight and cute into square bites
