Update March 2025 - They have closed this wonderful truck, but still have the taco truck.  Maybe they will offer the fries at the taco truck, will have to find out :-).

Although we were already full from the Cuantos Taco truck, the sight of their French fries cooked in beef tallow and loaded with toppings like chorizo, onion, cilantro, beans, and cream cheese was too tempting to resist. That's my preferred way to enjoy French fries: bursting with the flavors of real ingredients, without any artificial additives.  Will have to try the hamburger next time, since it's a hamburger truck!

This is how food truck parks should be - under the shade of huge trees, lots of picnic tables and high-quality selection of food.
