Sesame Spinach
Sometimes a simple side dish completes a meal like this sesame spinach. I had a friend give me shishito peppers that I threw on the smoker tossed in the same sauce - yum!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby spinach leaves
- 2 1/2 T sesame seeds
- 4 1/2 t shoyu
- 4 1/2 t sesame oil
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to boil
- Blanche spinach 2-3 minutes
- Drain
- Cool
- Squeeze water out
- Chop spinach
- Make the sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over spinach
- Enjoy chilled or room temperature, also good in sushi rolls
