Miso Pork (Slow Cooker)
This is definitely going into my dinner rotation—it's so simple! Just cut large chunks of pork butt, toss them in a crock pot with an easy marinade, and let it cook for 4-6 hours. The result is tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork, no knife required. It's perfect for a rice bowl, especially with a side of pickled onions to balance the richness.

- 2-4 T garlic, minced
