Finally got to enjoy the amazing food from Rossler's at an event in Salado over the weekend. The brisket was moist and tender, the ribs were done right, and the jalapeño cheese sausage really hit the spot. The grits were super cheesy with a tasty poblano pepper finish. Had to give my belly a break before diving into the spiced banana pudding—yum!
