Rice Crispy Treats with Bourbon
The smoked salt, smokiness from the bourbon and sweetness from the marshmallows makes the perfect adult tennis snack during a match.
Ingredients
- 8 C rice crispy cereal
- ½ C tallow (or butter)
- 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 4 T bourbon
- Cooking oil spray
- Smoked salt to finish
Directions
- Spray cooking oil generously to cover a 9 x 13 pan
- Melt tallow over medium low heat
- Add marshmallows and stir until smooth
- Remove from heat and stir in Bourbon
- Add rice crispy cereal
- Press firming into prepared pan
- Sprinkle with smoked salt
- Let is rest for an hour to cut into pieces.
