We're fans of Chuck and have been there a few times since she opened 2 years ago. We had to make the drive and join the celebration. The pork ribs and sausage makes me so happy. The green spaghett is a must as it's unique to most BBQ places blending the creaminess and poblano peppers that compliments her BBQ proteins. The hospitality is authentic and the staff made sure those of us in line were hydrated as it was getting Texas warm. They gave us updates as to what was running low, we missed out on the lamb chops and beef ribs. When we finally made it to the counter, Chuck was so gracious to everyone and there was a young man helping us get the chocolate pudding and bringing our tray to a table. The only disappointment was taking too long to eat to get a t-shirt they were printing on site. Just like good BBQ it sold out. I do hope they print more of the green smoker shirt and will happily buy one next time :-). We always bring a cooler to bring extras home as these reheat well, too!
