It’s always fun discovering new spots with tasty food on the way home. The menu had great options, and they were kind enough to explain them to us. We ordered the brisket birria plate with beans and rice, plus a side of french fries. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the fries didn’t even need ketchup—they were even better dipped in the beans. The agua fresca horchata was refreshing, with just the right amount of condensed milk. I’ll try the pizza next time. This gas station kitchen is one of the best, serving up delicious food and beer on tap, look for the Beer Geek sign.
