Ground Beef Galbi Bowls - Ohana Style

Ground beef is always a fast meal; the trick is keeping it interesting with flavors.  Sheldon Simeon's Ohana Style recipe has the comfort food vibe.  I tweaked it with adding chili sesame oil since I like extra spice.  This makes the perfect easy beef rice bowl, the surprise ingredient was applesauce!

I did have it with leftover Evan LeRoy's Grilled Cabbage Slaw - No Mayo / Sides / Recipes | Cooking with Aloha, Texas Style It's a nice crunch to the rice bowl.  I love it when 2 recipes complement each other!  Food really does make the world come together in a tasty way.
