We discovered the Houston BBQ Festival in 2024.  Such a fun way to kick off the Texas BBQ season with so many tasty bites.  This year the weather was forecasting rain, but we left before the storm came.  The portions were larger and lines shorter, we had full happy bellies.  Definitely worth the drive to discover new places to try and see what old favorites are offering.
