Cream Cheese Smoked
Smoked cream cheese is easy to make and a blast to experiment with, from sweet to spicy to BBQ flavors. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for sharing with crackers or veggies if you’re aiming for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Block
- Favorite seasoning (BBQ Rub, Ranch Dressing, Olive Oil, etc)
Directions
- Cut 1/2 inch cross cuts into the cream cheese block to allow smoke to penetrate
- Add seasoning
- Place on foil with sides folded in case there's overflow
- Smoke 160 - 180 F about an hour
