Cream Cheese Smoked

Smoked cream cheese is easy to make and a blast to experiment with, from sweet to spicy to BBQ flavors. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for sharing with crackers or veggies if you’re aiming for a healthier snack.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Block
  • Favorite seasoning (BBQ Rub, Ranch Dressing, Olive Oil, etc)

 

Directions

  1. Cut 1/2 inch cross cuts into the cream cheese block to allow smoke to penetrate
  2. Add seasoning
  3. Place on foil with sides folded in case there's overflow
  4. Smoke 160 - 180 F about an hour
