Reese Bros BBQ absolutely lives up to its Michelin Star and spot on the Texas Monthly Top 50 list! You can tell they know their craft by keeping the menu simple. The pork ribs were perfectly tender and smoky, while the Costra taco special was packed with brisket and fresh Mexican flavors. The poblano mac and cheese had a nice warm kick that complemented the rest of the tray. I had to take home their new bread pudding with whiskey, beef tallow, and caramel drizzle—so good! Also grabbed the queso fundido sausage to go, just to keep savoring that incredible lunch. Mexican Texas BBQ at its finest!
