Broccoli Spicy Sesame Garlic

Easy and satisfying dish to make for a vegetable!  Best part is watching how fast the broccoli color changes from a dull to bright green!  It makes a great side dish for pulled pork or added on the side for a breakfast egg omelet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli
  • 3 t sesame oil
  • 1 t chili sesame oil
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 4 t sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Cut broccoli to florets.
  2. Boil in water 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cool and drain in a strainer under running water.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with broccoli, good chilled or at room temperature.
